The University of Wisconsin System of two-year and four-year college degree programs offers Business Resources. Schools in the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) provide vocational technical training and adult continuing education. WTCS offers customized training programs to meet the changing needs of business and industry Job Corps. A no-cost, residential training program for youth 16-24 who meet low income and other eligibility criteria. Located in Blackwell, near Crandon (northern Wisconsin). Vocational offerings include: Culinary Arts, Electrician, Painter, Carpenter, Building Maintenance, Welder, Bricklayer, Business Clerical. Wisconsin ChalleNGe Academy is a 22-week residential program for high school dropouts. The program has a strong academic focus in which the attendee’s goal is to earn his or her GED or HSED. It is operated by the Wisconsin Army National Guard but does not require a military enlistment.
