Earning a National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) begins with a simple registration process.

(1) IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED with the Job Center of Wisconsin web site, skip to step 3. Otherwise proceed with step 2.

(2) IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED ...

• Go to http://JobCenterOfWisconsin.com
• Click on the "key" to begin the registration process
• Complete the full registration on JobCenterOfWisconsin.com

(3) THEN ...

• Call 888-258-9966 to speak with a Customer Service Representative
• At the prompt, select the "Job Seeker Services" option
• At the next prompt, select the "National Career Readiness Certificate" option
• The Customer Service Representative will walk you through the steps necessary to earn an NCRC.
• Practice on KeyTrain
• Take WorkKeys
• Earn your NCRC!
